POLICIES

 

BOOKING & CONSULTATION

• To book your appointment, please click BOOK NOW at the bottom of this page.

• Consultation: A brief online consultation form is required prior for all new and existing clients to identify any contraindications (medical reasons) that may prevent or restrict treatment. This form will be sent via text or email once your booking is confirmed. Please fill out this ASAP!

• Payment: All treatments must be prepaid at the time of booking to secure your slot, unless the session is covered by a pre-purchased package or course. • Medical Suitability: If your consultation form reveals a medical condition that makes the treatment unsafe or outside my insurance scope, I reserve the right to decline the booking and provide a full refund.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Up to 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment. For prepaid bookings, a full refund or credit will be issued.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: All cancellations, missed appointment or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge (no refund).

• Emergency Grace Period: I understand that genuine emergencies happen. I offer a maximum of two "Grace Waivers" per calendar year where the late fee may be waived at my discretion.

• After this allowance has been used, all late cancellations, late rescheduling or missed appointments will be charged in full, regardless of the reason.

You will receive a booking confirmation and a reminder from the booking system. However, it remains your responsibility to record your appointment in your personal calendar, as emails can sometimes be missed or lost. Please note that I do not accept missed appointments due to forgetting or not seeing reminders!

 

UPON ARRIVAL & LATENESS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. You are welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early to settle in.

• Late Arrivals: To remain on schedule for all clients, late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time. The full session fee will still apply.

• Persistent Lateness: To ensure fairness to all clients, continued lateness may lead to the cancellation of your slot or the inability to book future appointments.

• Travel Tip: Please plan your journey carefully, allowing extra time for Cambridge traffic and parking at the Grand Arcade (approx. 5-minute walk).

 

INDEPENDENT PRACTICE & DISCOUNTS

I am a self-employed practitioner renting a professional treatment room at Clinica Aesthetics & Wellbeing.

Independence: I operate independently of the clinic; therefore, any clinic-specific discounts, offers, or loyalty schemes do not apply to my services.

• Third-Party Bookings: Please note that pricing or promotions on third-party platforms (e.g., Treatwell) are managed independently. For my most up-to-date, direct pricing, please always refer to this website.

 

PARKING & ACCESS

• By Car: The nearest parking is Grand Arcade Car Park (approx. 5-minute walk). Please check their current rates before travel.

• By Bicycle: Secure cycle parking is available at Hobson Street (approx. 2-minute walk).

 

WORKING HOURS

I attend the clinic only for confirmed appointments and do not remain on-site throughout the day. Advance booking is essential.

• Wednesdays & Thursdays: 14:00 – 19:00

• Saturdays & Sundays: 11:00 – 16:00

• Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays: Closed

 

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION & BEHAVIOUR

I am committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment. In return, I kindly ask for the same level of respect.

• Zero Tolerance: Disrespectful communication, inappropriate behavior, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

• Right to Terminate: I reserve the right to refuse or immediately end a session if behavior or communication makes me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable and future bookings may be refused.

Privacy Policy

I committed to protecting your personal data.

• Data Collection: I collect your name, contact details, and health history solely to provide safe massage treatments and to comply with professional insurance requirements.

• Storage: Your digital consultation forms are stored securely and password-protected.

• Third Parties: Your data is never sold. It is only shared if required by law or with your explicit consent (e.g., a referral to a GP).
