BOOKING
To book your appointment, please click the BOOK NOW at the bottom of this page. A brief online consultation will be required to identify any contraindications for the treatment. After booking, you will receive a text message or email with the consultation form. Please note: all treatments must be prepaid at the time of booking, unless your treatment has already been covered (e.g. part of a package or course).
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I have time to offer your slot to another client.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
I understand that genuine emergencies can happen occasionally, and of course I take that into account. However, frequent short-notice cancellations disrupt my schedule and limit availability for other clients. Thank you for respecting my time and effort.
UPON ARRIVAL
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early to settle in. Unfortunately, late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, as I need to stay on schedule for other clients. To avoid delays, please plan your journey carefully, allowing extra time for parking and traffic.
DISCOUNTS
As I am self-employed at Clinica Aesthetics & Wellbeing, their discounts do not apply to my services. Additionally, Treatwell is a third-party booking platform, so any promotions there may differ. Please check my website for any special offers.
PARKING

By car: The nearest parking is at Grand Arcade Car Park, which is about a 5-minute walk from the clinic. Parking charges

By bicycle: You can park at Hobson Street, just a 2-minute walk from the clinic.
WORKING HOURS
Advanced booking is recommended.
Short-Notice & Extended Hours Appointments:
My standard working hours are 10am – 5pm. I do not take appointments outside 8am – 8pm. On some occasions, I may be able to offer an early (from 8am) or later (until 8pm) appointment, or return to the clinic if I have already finished for the day. Please note that this will incur a £20 short-notice/extended-hours fee, as it requires me to adjust my schedule. I usually respond to messages and enquiries between 7am and 10pm.
