Sports / Remedial / Deep Tissue
Massage This treatment focuses on reducing muscle tension, pain, and restricted movement caused by stress, posture, injury, or overuse. It combines advanced deep-tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching to restore flexibility, improve circulation, and support recovery. Each session is tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re addressing chronic tightness, recovering from exercise, or simply wanting to move more freely. Pressure and technique are always adapted to ensure the treatment is both effective and comfortable. Results are often noticeable after one session, though lasting improvement develops through regular treatments and a proactive approach to self-care. I provide personalised guidance on stretching, hydration, and posture to help you maintain progress between appointments. The goal is not just to relieve tension temporarily, but to help you understand your body, prevent future discomfort, and feel stronger, freer, and more balanced in everyday life.

Hot Stone Massage
This indulgent massage uses gently warmed basalt stones to allow your therapist to work deeper into the areas of concern.
Clients can expect relief from muscle tension and pain, improved circulation, reduced levels of stress and anxiety alongside an overall sense of well-being.
Bespoke Face Massage
A soothing and tailored facial massage designed to release muscle tension, improve circulation and encourage a healthy, natural glow. Techniques are selected based on your individual needs from sculpting and drainage to calming and relaxation.
While each session leaves your skin refreshed and your mind deeply relaxed, lasting results depend on regular treatments and simple home care. Ideal for those looking to support skin health, ease facial tension and take time to unwind.
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping uses silicone or glass cups to create gentle negative pressure on the skin, helping to lift and release the underlying fascia. This technique encourages circulation, lymphatic drainage, and soft-tissue mobility, making it effective for relieving tightness, reducing muscle tension, and improving recovery. It’s a non-invasive therapy that can complement deep tissue or remedial massage, helping to restore movement and reduce discomfort in specific areas. Some temporary redness or circular marks may appear after treatment — this is a normal response caused by increased blood flow to the area. Massage techniques are often integrated during the session to enhance results and ensure the treatment remains balanced and relaxing.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage combines the benefits of therapeutic touch with the natural properties of essential oils to promote relaxation and support the nervous system. Each treatment is tailored with a bespoke blend of pure essential oils selected for your physical and emotional needs — helping to ease muscular tension, calm the mind, and support overall wellbeing. Gentle, flowing techniques are used to stimulate circulation, reduce stress hormones, and encourage deep relaxation without compromising the professional, results-based approach of the treatment. The aim is to create a calm, restorative experience that balances both body and mind through evidence-informed care and mindful touch.
Swedish Massage
The aim of Swedish massage is to improve circulation, soothe the muscles, and encourage full-body relaxation. It uses lighter, flowing strokes combined with more rhythmic percussion techniques — such as gentle tapping with the hands or fingertips — to stimulate and revitalise the muscles. This makes it very different from deep tissue or sports massage, which focus on targeting deeper layers of muscle with stronger pressure.
Relax & De-Stress Massage
A Relax & De-stress massage is a gentle and soothing massage that is designed to help you unwind and de-stress. It involves slow and rhythmic strokes, gentle kneading, and light pressure on the muscles.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage – General Water Retention & Bloating
This treatment is designed to help reduce everyday bloating and water retention caused by lifestyle, diet, or hormonal factors. It is not suitable for post-surgical recovery, cancer patients, or clients with active medical conditions. For safety reasons, I do not provide lymphatic drainage for post-operative clients. Many surgeries are performed abroad, and clients often return without proper medical documentation or follow-up care, which makes post-surgery treatment too high-risk. My focus is on supporting the body’s natural circulation and fluid balance in a safe, professional way — aimed at improving comfort, appearance, and overall wellbeing. To maintain results, I recommend regular self-care at home, such as gentle body brushing or self-massage. These simple practices can help keep lymphatic flow active between sessions and support a healthy daily routine.
